CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to all of our clients and staff, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
Repeated Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel appointments or fail to show up may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid affecting other clients. In this case, the full-service charge will still apply.
Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies arise. If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
